Every bottle of milk on your table comes from one of these three beauties. Raised with love, handled with gentleness, and fed only the cleanest organic feed — they are the heart of Ark of Goshen Farm.
The gentle soul of the herd. Sweet Pea greets every morning with big soft eyes and an easy spirit that sets the tone for the whole farm.
Bold and beautiful, Rose is the curious one — always first to investigate something new. Her rich, creamy milk is nothing short of golden.
Sweet as her name, Honeysuckle is the calm anchor of the trio. Her gentle temperament and rich milk make her a true treasure on the farm.
Hi, I'm Erica — and Ark of Goshen Farm is our family's calling. Nestled in the stunning Flathead Valley of Kalispell, Montana, with the snow-capped peaks of the Rockies as our backdrop, I raise Sweet Pea, Rose, and Honeysuckle with love and intention.
Jersey cows are treasured for a reason — their milk is naturally richer in butterfat, protein, and minerals than conventional dairy. It has a golden hue, a deeply creamy texture, and a sweetness that pasteurized milk simply cannot replicate.
We take their feed as seriously as we take our faith. Every grain our girls eat is certified organic and contains absolutely no corn and no soy. They graze on certified organic hay or non-GMO, non-sprayed hay — clean nourishment for animals who nourish you.
"And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus."
✦ Philippians 4:19 ✦WHY JERSEY MILK?
Jersey cows produce milk with a naturally higher butterfat content — up to 5–6% — compared to 3.5% in commercial milk. That fat carries deep, complex flavor, a velvety texture, and rich nutrition.
Raw and unprocessed, nothing is added or removed. You receive the milk exactly as nature intended — alive with enzymes, probiotics, and fat-soluble vitamins.
